Regina Ngurumwa is a dedicated Maasai woman with a deep commitment to community development. She holds a Diploma in Community Development from Monduli Community Development Training Institute, where she gained valuable knowledge and skills in addressing the needs of rural communities. 

In 2024, Regina joined the Engaruka Community Initiative Organization (ENCO) as a Field Officer. Her role involves working closely with local communities, particularly in the areas of sustainable agriculture, environmental conservation, and women’s empowerment. Regina’s understanding of Maasai culture and her passion for improving the livelihoods of her people make her an invaluable asset to ENCO’s mission.
